Grandparent’s Gift: Grand-Bee-Bee’s Personalized Tote Bag

Supplies:

1. Canvas bag
2. Yellow fabric paint 
3. Black fabric paint
4. Old cardboard piece 
5. Paper plate 
6. Paint brush (optional) 
7. Tiny hands or fingers 

Directions:

1. Wash canvas bag and allow to dry
2. Place a piece of cardboard inside of bag to prevent paint from soaking to other side of bag
3. Put yellow paint onto a paper plate
4. Paint kiddos hand yellow and place hand onto bag
5. Optional: Try a fingerprint for smaller hands
6. Wash hands immediately with soap and water
7. Allow handprint to dry
8. Repeat with all hands
9. Once prints are dry, add on the black stripes, faces, wings and antennas. 
10. Allow to dry
11. We choose to add each child’s initials at the bottom of each bee along with the year. Our 4 year old chose to add a bandaid on his bee. 
12. Allow bag to completely dry before gifting it to Grandparents! 

Optional: write a cute description on the bag such as ‘Grandma & Grandpa’s Bee-Bee’s’!
